The educational partners of the Energy Academy offer energy education at every level. The Energy Academy, the University of Groningen, the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, EnTranCe, Energy College (vocational schools), the Energy Delta Institute (MBA and study programmes for energy professionals) and the Energy Research Community (PhD) try to adjust their educational programmes to each other and provide a coherent approach to energy education. We cooperate closely to educate students to become highly skilled professionals and excellent researchers.

"For the energy transition we need people who understand that the energy transition is a societal challenge that requires connecting the dots of many disciplines. We need professionals who have mastered their own profession and have sufficient insight into the system as a whole. That is why we support the development of interdisciplinary education, from secondary vocational (MBO) to MBA level."
